Since last year, the cultural facility complex Spiral, having for core concept the "fusion of lifestyle and art”, organizes the art fair “SHU SHU SHU SHOW”. This fair has for objectives to sharing the joy and appeal of collecting art through a sophisticated selection of galleries and exhibitors. This year, the application platform for the “Gallery Area” will be open until July 20th (Fri). We warmly invite you to send us your application. On site, together with the “Gallery Area”, a “Selector Area”, will complete the fair with member of f the art, design & craft industry who will be proposing a selection of artists and designers. The fair will be divided into two terms, with the very best, from contemporary art to antiques, books, crafts, and more.

3. Fair composition
The fair is designed to attract the eyes of Spiral core audience. Aged of 30 to 50 years old, Spiral core audience is mainly interested in interior design and fashion. It is a very demanding audience, always seeking for the new, the exceptional, the never seen before. They are tomorrow’s collectors.
In this fair,
・We propose “a selection by the eyes of experts” (gallery owner and other professionals of the creative fields) = high quality gem, rare pieces that you can only find here and now
・We propose our visitors to collecting treasures with pleasure, while discovering, his or her personal taste = selection with not only contemporary art but also a wide range of genre
・We propose a venue tailor made to enjoy the Art = viewer friendly, buyer friendly
By doing so, we aim to nurture the next generation of "collectors”.
The configuration is divided into the following two areas.
・Gallery Area: A selection of local and international galleries
・Selector Area: A selection of item selected by professionals of the art field (curators, collectors, artists, designers, etc.)

※ The price is the same for each term
※ Spiral take a commission of 10% on the art works sales
※ Each work exhibited should be registered(each selected exhibitor will receive a list template)
③Booth regulation and equipment
Art works can be hang on the wall with screws, nails, etc.
※The 3D works should be installed within the limit of the booth. Each booth is delimited by the 2 protruding walls.
※Esplanade : Installation should be stopped, in this specific this zone, in between 11:00 and 20:00 on installation day, to free the access, to other floors, for Spiral customers.
Each wall of each booth will be enlighten by the event organizer.
A free access to electricity can be set up. Please let us know ahead if you want to apply to this option.
2 chairs and 2 exhibitor badges for each exhibitor will be furnished by Spiral.
It is possible to use the existing wi-fi at the venue for free.
There is no telephone line or wired equipment to access Internet.
・Please consult us if you are considering to exhibit heavy art works or to hang a work from the ceiling.
・Some packing materials can be stored at the back of the display wall. Please note that the space is limited.
・Please refrain from using materials or exhibiting objects that may affect the facility (exhibits of heavy objects exceeding load resistance, strong adhesives on the walls, etc.).
6.Application Guidelines (Gallery Area)
Types of exhibits
Art work, crafts, antiques, vintage books, etc.
※ The booth can only be rented by a company (Gallery / Art Office).
・Having a theme / a concept for the exhibition.
・Presenting a list of art works.
・A gallery staff, able to communicate about the artworks must always be present during the e present during the opening hours.
・ All exhibited works must be available for sale.

Application deadline : Friday 20th July, 2018.

・Exhibitor name (This name will be used on the WEB and other communication platforms)
・Name of the person in charge

・Availability (you may choose both terms if you are available at those dates)

・Type of Booth (TYPE A or TYPE B)
・Profiles of the exhibitor (800 characters maximum)
・Genre of the exhibition
・Information about the works (Title, Price, Material, Concept), and the artists (Biography)
・Images of the works to exhibit ( until 5 works // ※ each image should be less or equal 1MB)
※In case there is many applicants, the exhibitors will be selected by SHU SHU SHU SHOW Office
※Each applicant will be notified of the term he/she has been invited to participate into.
About the exhibitor fee
An invoice will be send to all selected applicant. The payment must be effected by bank transfer.
The payment deadline is Friday 28th September 2018. All international transfer fee will be at the charge of the exhibitor.
About the transactions during the fair
In case of international transaction (a foreign gallery or/and a customer from abroad) only the payment by cash or credit card is allowed.
All transactions concerning the exhibited art works must be done on site, at the fair cashier.
An e-mail will be send by Tuesday 31st July, 2018 The fair office will decide of the attribution of each booth.
