Restaurant Lounge Uncle Hat has adapted its business hours and operation to follow the rules imposed to limit the expension of the pandemic. We cound on your support and understanding.

As such, alcoholic beverages will only deserved until 19:00 to 2 persons maximum per group for a duration of no more than 90 minutes.

Teruaki Yoda (Owner & chef)
Trained with Gerard Bango, Joel Robuchon among others.
After returning to Japan, he was the head chef of Higashi Ginza "Henry" and Ginza "Les Anges", and from 1994 to July 2015, he has been the owner and chef of "Ram
Hideyuki Yoda (Manager)
Has been interested in the restaurant business since he was a student, and has been the manager of nightclubs "Moon Child Club" and "Samba Club Regency". Manager of Aoyama's legendary restaurant "Brasserie D". In 1994, he opened a restaurant with his brother Teruaki Yoda in Spiral called Ramages. Currently he is the manager of "Restaurant Lounge Uncle Hat".
Hiroyuki Araki (Senior Sommelier)
Member of Japan Sommelier Association Senior Sommelier No365
After working at "Le maestro Paul Bocuse", "Leau a la bouche-", "Hiramatsu", in 1997, he joined the team of "Ramages", he now works for "Restaurant Lounge Uncle Hat". As Senior sommelier, he will guide through the wines that match the seasons and your taste.
Isao Higuchi (Chief Bartender)
He has been involved in the openings of "nishi azabu suisyoku", "KAPOO R", "AQUA RESTAURANT & BAR LUXIS" and others. As a bartender, he won a prize at Suntory cocktail competition in 2012 and contributes to the development of BAR culture as a member of the 150 bartenders selected from all over Japan at "Yokohama Bar's Day 150". Currently, as the chief bartender of "Restaurant Lounge Uncle Hat", he also creates various original cocktails.
