Collaboration Across Japan, Central Asia, and Ireland
Echoes of Calling – Gushland –
How does the traditional Celtic culture and the Japanese ancient times, their intangible expressions and sounds have been passed down to us? How is it possible to keep a relationship between tradition and the present, transcending differences in expression, culture, nationality, language, etc?
The long-term international collaboration "Echoes of Calling" will be performing at Spiral Hall (Spiral 3F), creating a performance with the pulse of traditional culture opening up to the future.
In a fluctuating natural environment, the performers will take the "prayer" of communities and turn the echo of Nature's rhythms, breathings and voices into dance.
