10 cafes of the Omotesando area are collaborating with “HOKKAIDO 2021 JI-CHEESE WEEK” and present, for a limited amount of time, a selection of cheese from Hokkaido, an island in the North of Japan.
For this occasion, Spiral Café has prepared a cheese plate with 5 types of cheese; as well as original recipes containing cheese from Hokkaido.
