 Northern Hokkaido scallops, Iwate chicken breast, shrimps and 14 months aged Italian prosciutto with seasonal vegetable salad and parmigiano reggiano

Escalop of red sea bream from Mie Prefecture in white wine and sea urchin cream sauce

Japanese beef cheek meat in red wine with seasonal vegetables

Roasted Hungarian duck breast with yuzu
