Northern Hokkaido scallops, Iwate chicken breast, shrimps and 14 months aged Italian prosciutto with seasonal vegetable salad and parmigiano reggiano

Hungarian foie gras mi-cuit with roasted eringi mishrooms, black truffle sauce
