This month we will serve you Hokkaido scallops and Hungarian duck breast roasted.
Longing for Spring to start, we invite you to enjoy the ingredients we have selected such as the golden carrots of the Seto region or Spring cabbage with roasted Japanese chicken. This month also we look forward to serving you a French cuisine with local and seasonal ingredients at Restaurant Lounge Uncle Hat.
