Taking place in Spiral Hall (Spiral 3F), from September 19 (Sat) - 22 (Tue / NH), 2020, Spiral Independent Creators Festival (SICF) is an open-call art festival that aspires to discover, foster, and support emerging artists and designers. In celebration of SICF, Nail Salon naila proposes from September 16th (Wed) and for a limited amount of time a selection of nail design inspired by SICF21 main visual.
