Artist Yuya Hashizume presents the exhibition "eyewater" from September 2 to 11, 2022.
Yuya Hashizume has been attracting attention with his series "eyewater", which depicts the moment when a single tear falls from an eye of a character placed against a background of monochromatic colors. In recent years, he has focused on painting works using acrylic paint and has held well received exhibitions in Asian cities such as Shanghai, Taipei and Seoul.
This exhibition will be the largest solo show yet to be held in Tokyo. In addition to presenting the recent results of the "eyewater" series, a balloon work will be showcased for the first time.
We look forward to seeing you at this occasion.
