Located in a highly visible outdoor zone, facing Aoyama Street, Open Space is the ideal venue for seasonal events, promotional displays, food trucks, and more. Rental with Showcase, Entrance or Spiral Garden venues is also possible.

■ Venue rental fee
・Space A ￥150,000+tax／1 day
・Space B ￥50,000+tax／1 day

＊Space B cannot be rented alone.
＊In case of a commercial event, 10% of the sales will be charged as handling fee.

■ Installation・Operating hours・Removal
Operating hours：11:00 - 20:00（for the latest information regarding operating hours please consult Spiral notification webpage）
＊Installation and removal must take place out of the operating hours.
