"Clothes" as a part of our lives.
They are translating the curves of our bodies or they are intended to free our minds, to deliver a message or to bound us to act by the rules. What we wear represents our life and the society in which we evolve.
This exhibition, celebrating the grand opening of 「+S」Spiral Market Osaka Takashimaya, introduces a wide variety of works by artists from SICF (Spiral Independent Creators Festival) who each capture clothing from a different perspective. Their work does not only explore the function of an outfit but also delve into clothing as a tool making others aware of who we are and letting us give a shape to the person we wish to become.
Each artists' perspectives aim to guide you into incorporating new values into your daily life. We look forward to your visit at this occasion.
