SICF24
Organized by Spiral, SICF (Spiral Independent Creators Festival) is an open-call art festival that aspires to discover, foster, and support emerging artists and designers. The 24 Spiral Independent Creators Festival will take place from May 2 (tue) to May 7 (sun) 2023.
SICF is divided into two sections. The EXHIBITION section, held at Spiral Hall (Spiral 3F), presents the works of young creators, from sculptures and installations, to media art, photographies or paintings, in individual booths. The MARKET section, held at Spiral Garden (Spiral 1F) is host to creators in the fields of design, crafts, fashion, textile or accessories. They exhibit and sell their creations.
At the end of the festival, the awards' winners are announced. The Audience Award is selected by visitors and the Best Seller Award is given to the creator who sold the most, there are also each Judge’s Awards, the Semi-Grand Prizes and the Grand Prize.
Satellite events will take place during the festival. In a design studio by SEKISAI (SICF22 EXHIBITION), customized 3D printed works will be on diplay and available for sale. The winner of last year, SICF23 MARKET Grand Prize, Leo Koda, will held an exhibition and simultaneously 4 of the winners of other awards in the same category will participate in a group show.
With more than 11,000 visitors during the festival last year, Spiral is delighted to announce SICF24, as a promise to encounter with passionate young artists, in a venue filled with creativity.

［GENERAL］ Pre-sale tickets : ¥ 800 (tax included)
［STUDENT］ Free（upon presentation of a student ID and a proof that you follow SICF social networks or liked a post）
*The tickets will also be available at the venue on the day of the event : SAME DAY TICKET : ¥1,000 (tax included). If the venue has reached maximum capacity with pre-sale visitors, you might have to wait to enter.
ANNOUNCE OF THE WINNERS
The winners will be announced on SICF Instagram（@sicf_jimukyoku）on May, 7th 2023 at 20:00 (schedule pending).
*the winner(s) of the Audience Award will be announced the next day.
* one week after the end of the event, a video of the ceremony will be uploaded on Spiral Youtube channel (jp_SPIRAL) .
