Yokkaichi banko ware (called Yokkaichi banko yaki in Japanese) is a form of ceramic ware produced in the city of Yokkaichi, Mie prefecture, where Nankei Pottery is installed. It has been one of Japan's leading teapot production site for a long time.
Praised for the functionality and the simplicity of their design, Nankei Pottery produces tea pots that are easy to integrate in any lifestyle.
This exhibition, the second at Spiral Market, will introduce tea pots that can be used on a daily basis, from standard items that are recommended for those who are not familiar with teapots to 10 new items that will be unveiled for the first time.
