SPREAD is involved in projects, featuring "color and concept”, in the fields of graphic design, product design and also design and direct exhibitions. SPREAD have aimed at developing social proposals based on creative activities and their own research. The exhibition will explore SPREAD’s clients work, based on the concept of "creating the future by looking at the past”, as well as the series of artworks "Life Stripe" that records people's lives in stripes, a series that have been on going since 2004 and give hints to thinking about the future.
In 2020, the pandemic has changed the everyday life that we took for granted. In the past year, interraction in society and people's way of thinking have changed drastically, the duo composing SPREAD have also spent time facing their thoughts and emotions, and reflecting on what drives their feelings.
Based on the concept of "color is joy", using "color" as a key component, having received a great response at the event of the design platform ALCOVA in Milan (Italy), the show will bring together local and overseas projects developped recently, along with new pieces.
Various collaborations will take place during the exhibition.
