ANREALAGE 20TH EXHIBITION "A=Z"

The four collections, “HOME,” “GROUND,” “DIMENSION,” and “PLANET,” were presented as digital shows when the entire Paris Fashion Week allowed only digital presentations. The following “A&Z,” a collection featuring mesmerizing patchwork, returned to Paris as a physical show as though regaining its physical sensuality. The latest “= (EQUAL)” collection revealed what exists beyond the surface layer by utilizing photochromic technology and drastically changing colors with ultraviolet light. These six collections, showcased during and after the pandemic, will all come together in the gallery space. 

 

From the digital seasons under the pandemic that transformed the world, to the latest collection that made a dynamic return to the physical shows of the Paris Fashion Week, this exhibition cordially welcomes all to the contrasting thoughts that connect the “ordinary” and the “extraordinary.”

“A＝Z”

That is there as is. For example, Z.
That is not there as is. For example, A. 

The end is there as is. For example, A. 
The beginning is not there as is. For example, Z. 

Time is transient. 
A traces the contour of Z, and Z blurs the contour of A.

When the end begins, Z is A. 
When the beginning ends, A is Z.

“Rebirth” and “Redeath” are repeated.

The future moves toward the beginning. 
The future and the past melt into each other.

The present was there as it will be, and the present will be there as was.
