多方面で活躍する気鋭の写真家・池田晶紀の個展をスパイラルガーデンで開催しました。

本展では、「自然」をテーマとして撮影された新作を含む約40点の作品のほか、本展のために制作した、カメラがモチーフの立体作品、人力移動式サウナ「CAMERA」も展示。
世界初となる人力移動式サウナ「CAMERA」の中には実際に入ることもでき、多くの来場者が体験しました。

Masanori Ikeda Exhibition SUN

This was a solo exhibition showcasing the work of thephotographer Masanori Ikeda, who has carved out an exciting career in many fields.
In addition to around 40 new examples of Ikeda’s work exploring the theme of nature, there was a sculpture especially made for the exhibition. CAMERA was inspired by the titular motif, which originally means a small room, while ostensibly functioning as a mobile sauna that is hand-pulled like a rickshaw. The first of its kind, it was possible for visitors to go inside the sculpture and many took advantage of this to experience the unique artwork.
