現代アーティストが描く、いまに寄り添う“ 絵本”と“ 詩”
「SPIRAL BOOK GARDEN」は現代のアーティストやデザイナー、詩人、絵本作家の書籍をスパイラル独自のセレクトでご提案する期間限定のブックギャラリーです。第1回目となる今回のテーマは「絵本と詩」。現代アーティストが“ いま” を生きる子供たちに向けて描いた最新の絵本を始め、シニカルな視点で捉えた大人向けの絵本や詩作品を紹介。

谷川俊太郎や田島征三を始め、渡邉千夏、みうらじゅん、森村泰昌、今日マチ子、松本大洋、トラフ建築設計事務所の鈴野浩一、禿真哉など現代を代表するアーティストたちが描く話題の絵本や詩集100冊を取り揃え展示、販売しました。

Picture books and poetry for today, created by contemporary artists Spiral Book Garden is a temporary book gallery showcasing the work of artists, designers, poets, and picture book authors. For this first event in the series, the
theme was “picture books and poetry.” It featured exhibits for sale of around 100 picture books and poetry collections, including those written from more cynical perspectives for grown-ups as well as the latest children’s picture books.
